Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Accepted Products: We accept returns for new and slightly used products, including opened items that show minimal use.

  • Return Reasons Accepted: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

  • Return Method: Returns are accepted in-store only.

  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee (based on the product price) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Currency: All returns and refunds are processed in USD, and amounts will be converted to the customer’s local currency automatically.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 days from the time the returned product is received and approved.

Exchange Policy

We do accept exchanges. If you’d prefer a replacement item instead of a refund, please mention this when contacting support.

Digital Product Policy

All digital products (such as music downloads) sold on deepsystem.ro are non-returnable and non-refundable after the download is made available. This applies regardless of whether the product has been accessed.

Exceptions:

We may consider a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same digital item.

  • You encountered a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the download, and we could not resolve it within 72 hours of your request.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to contact@deepsystem.ro, along with your order number and issue details.
