These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DEEPSYSTEM.RO website and digital music store (the “Service”), operated by DEEPSYSTEM (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

DEEPSYSTEM.RO is a platform where you can purchase and download original music created and owned by the artist Andrei Socoliuc (DEEPSYSTEM). The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise explicitly stated.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Content Ownership and Responsibility

The Service may allow you to view, download, or interact with digital content, including audio files, text, images, and video (“Content”).

All content made available through the Service is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

You agree not to upload or share any content that:

• You do not own or have the legal right to use;

• Infringes on the rights of any third party;

• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

3. Accounts

Creating an account may be required for some purchases or access to certain content. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure;

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Digital Downloads

All products sold on DEEPSYSTEM.RO are digital music downloads. Prices and available versions are displayed on each release page. No physical product is shipped and there is no shipping charge.

Download links are provided after successful payment on the order confirmation and in your order email. Any download limits or expiry shown for your purchase apply; we do not promise unlimited or permanent access beyond the stated product terms.

At checkout, we request your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that any applicable right to withdraw is lost once supply of the digital content begins. That acknowledgement is confirmed in your order email. This does not limit your statutory rights if a file is faulty, unavailable or not as described.

Digital files cannot be physically returned and exchanges are not offered. Withdrawal rights that still apply, confirmed duplicate payments and remedies for faulty content are handled under our Digital downloads & refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

5. Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party resources.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
